Overview of Workshops

Both 2-day and 4-day workshops are offered with a total of 29 tutors. Tremendous variety – don't miss this unique opportunity to gather with like minded people including tutors, students and suppliers in a creatively charged atmosphere that allows for in-depth learning along with a celebration the textile arts in a broader context.

We've provided a full list of tutors and images of their work, along with detailed information about their workshops.

Accommodation

This is a Non-Residential event. Many styles of accommodation are available in the Blue Mountains, to suit all needs. Two websites to check: (The Blue Mountains Council website which lists ALL available accommodation). We also suggest Geoff Bott of Blue Mountains Getaways 3/208 Leura Mall, Leura, NSW, 2780 (phone 02 4784 2222).

TAFTA has set up a Contextart Accommodation Message Board - here you can post and/or reply to discussions related to shared accommodation in the Blue Mountains. There are instructions once you open the link. Feel free to register once you've read all about it - it's safe, free and potentially very useful!
